In August 2021, HongMall launched its intra-city service called “HongMall Express” to provide faster and more efficient delivery to customers. The delivery area in the trial phase covers Markham, Richmond Hill and other cities in GTA area. This express service is offered to all customers who purchase $69 or more before tax from our Canada warehouse.
As of now, HongMall offers delivery via UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, Canada Post and HongMall Express. Customers can choose their preferred delivery methods after placing an order in App
